Marikina has just celebrated its 11th Cityhood Anniversary on the 8th of December. As part of the celebration, they made Rehiyon Rehiyon Festival 2007 even bigger and better. It was my first time to witness the event and I was so surprised to the scale of the event. I can't help but be impressed with what I've seen. Watch the video to find that out for yourself.
