How to Get to Parang? 

Parang is one of the most populated barangays in Marikina City with an estimate of over 54,141 in population as of 2012. It covers only 1.64 sq. km. which is only 7.6% of the entire city. Most iconic company situated in Parang is Delfi Foods, more popular to every one as Goya Philippines.

• From Manila, you may take the LRT2 train to Katipunan Station. • From Monumento or Fairview (by train), just take the MRT train to Araneta Cubao Station. • From Alabang, Pasay or Makati (by bus), just take the bus to Cubao Ibabaw. • From Pasay or Makati (by train), just take the MRT train to Araneta Cubao Station.
