How to Get to Parang, Marikina City?
Parang is one of the most populous barangays in Marikina. Despite occupying only a small portion of the city's land area, it is home to a large residential community and several industrial establishments. One of its most recognizable landmarks is the factory of Delfi Foods, best known for producing the beloved Goya chocolates enjoyed by generations of Filipinos.
From Cubao
From Aurora Boulevard in Cubao, ride a jeepney with any of the following signboards: Parang–Fortune Molave, Parang NGI, Parang–Fortune Philstress, or Parang–Fortune Lamuan. These routes pass through Parang and will take you near the Delfi Foods factory and the eastern jeepney terminals of Marikina.
From Manila
Take the LRT-2 and get off at LRT-2 Katipunan Station. From there, board a jeepney with the Parang–Fortune Molave, Parang NGI, Parang–Fortune Philstress, or Parang–Fortune Lamuan signboard.
From Monumento or Fairview
By bus: Take a bus bound for Cubao. Upon reaching Aurora Boulevard, transfer to a jeepney bound for Parang using any of the routes mentioned above.
By train: Take the MRT-3 and alight at Araneta Center-Cubao MRT Station. From Aurora Boulevard, ride a Parang-bound jeepney.
From Alabang, Pasay, or Makati
By bus: Ride a bus to Cubao. Once there, proceed to Aurora Boulevard and board a jeepney with a Parang–Fortune Molave, Parang NGI, Parang–Fortune Philstress, or Parang–Fortune Lamuan signboard.
By train: Take the MRT-3 and get off at Araneta Center-Cubao MRT Station. Travelers from Alabang may first take a bus to Magallanes before transferring to the MRT. From Cubao, ride any jeepney bound for Parang.
The various Parang-bound jeepney routes from Cubao remain the most convenient way to reach the barangay, including key destinations such as the Delfi Foods factory, residential communities, and the eastern transport terminals of Marikina.
