Dear All, This document will show you that it is clearly a violation of establishment licenses and permit to operate done by KA Andres Memorial Chapel. They have ignore and bypass local government sectors and division for SANITATION STANDARDS! Kung hindi pa sila sinita ng DOH dahil sa or mga reklamo ng mga kasambahay, eh malamang nag-patuloy ang kanila ka-abusadohan ng kapangyarihan porke hawak sila ng isang HIGH RANK OFFICIAL! Sana po huwag natin pabayaan o palampasin ang ganitong uri ng Korapsyon! Just to inform you that they charge 15,000 for each embalming! so isipin niyo nalang kung magkano ang kita nila kung 5 embalming sila in a day! Maybe thats one good reason kaya hindi sila sumunod sa tamang direksyon at sa tamang instraktura ng kanilang establishimento kasi gusto nila kumita ng malaki kahit makakapinsala sila ng tao! MALIWANAG PO ITO AY ISANG KATIWALIAN AT SANA PO MAGAWAN NATIN NG TAMANG AKSYON! Maraming Salamat po!
